Each handmade heart creates an opportunity to remind someone that you care. Maybe you hide it in a public place for someone to find, keep it in the bottom of your purse as a personal reminder that you matter and are loved, or you give it to a loved one going through a hard time.
Each heart, every act of love, compassion, kindness, and connection matters.
As of October 2025, I've done 145 school kindness assemblies, hundreds of community events, and shared over 330,000 hearts in all 50 states and over 100 countries worldwide!
They've been used by tens of thousands of thoughtful, caring people to strengthen their family ties, deepen their friendships, and even intervene and prevent at least 121 potential deaths by suicide.
And the best part? I'm just getting started!
